General comments
Dosering herhaling profylaxe.
Een laparoscopie met laag infectie risico wordt gedefinieerd als: een korte (< 1 uur) procedure, die ongecompliceerd verloopt, bij een patiënt onder de 70 jaar, waarbij geen spil optreedt van cyste-inhoud, waarbij bloedverlies beperkt (< 500 ml) blijft, waarbij geen implantaat, mesh of ander onoplosbaar materiaal gebruikt wordt.
In alle andere gevallen wordt de ingreep beschouwd als een laparoscopie met hoger infectie risico.
