General comments

Alleen toepassen bij bewezen dragerschap en aanwezigheid van risicofactoren voor neonatale groep-B-streptokokkenziekte:

  • vroeggeboorte (<37 weken)
  • langdurig gebroken vliezen (>18-24 uur)
  • maternale koorts durante partu (≥37,8°C)
  • ernstige maternale GBS-kolonisatie, waarvan een urineweginfectie/bacteriurie door GBS tijdens de zwangerschap een uiting is
  • vrouwen die eerder een kind kregen met GBS ziekte
