General comments
1. Behandeling maximaal 5 dagen. Zo snel mogelijk versmallen obv kweken.
2. Indien Legionella behandelduur 7-10 dagen; bij immuungecompromitteerde patienten 2-3 weken.
3. In het griepseizoen wordt er ook empirisch gestart met oseltamivir 2dd75mg po (vraag op sputum pakket respiratoire verwekkers aan in HIX).
