General comments

Denk bij submersie in vuil zoetwater/slib/modder en onverklaarde focale afwijkingen (long, lever, hersenen) aan diagnostiek naar schimmelinfectie (in het bijzonder Scedosporium). Behandeling alleen op indicatie en in overleg met infectioloog of arts-microbioloog.
